What counts as a successful referral?
A referral is successful when the business you recommended signs up and goes live on Franki as a Franki+ partner. You start earning before that: the first bonus comes when they complete a demo.
Is there a limit to how many I can refer?
None at all. Whether it's one local cafe or a national franchise with 50 doors, you get paid for every successful referral you bring to the table.
When do I get paid?
You earn $50 when a business you referred completes a demo, plus another $50 once they finish onboarding, become an active Franki+ partner, and stay active for at least 60 days. All bonuses are sent directly to your Franki wallet.
Can I track my referrals?
Yes. Your tracking page shows every business you've referred, where each one stands, and what you've earned. We email you a private link to it when you refer, and you can request a fresh one from the tracking page any time. Questions about a referral? Reach us at socialclub@frankiapp.com.
